MyFinAI runs the accounting, payroll, cash flow, and taxes of a small business —and of a household— on a single double-entry ledger, with twelve AI agents that do the work of capture, reconciliation, collections, payments, and closing. It does not replace your accountant or your bookkeeper: it takes the mechanical part off their plate so they can decide with the ledger always balanced and up to date.

One login, multiple spaces

A person can be a business owner and at the same time the head of their household. In MyFinAI that's a single user with two *workspaces*: the business ledger and the household ledger never mix. You switch spaces from the selector at the top right — 🏢 My business ⇄ 🏠 My home — and the whole dashboard reconfigures: the sections, the numbers, and the agents.

The demo ships with two real, balanced spaces: Café La Aurora (San Juan, PR)

and Hogar Marrero. Felipe is the owner of the first and the head of the second.

The console is available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese; switch the language with the ES · EN · PT toggle in the top bar, and this documentation follows you.
