You arrive at a ledger that is already balanced, reconciled, and traced. MyFinAI does not replace you: it hands you the close ready to review, with every entry explainable and every change recorded. Your tax and closing judgment remains yours; what disappears is the manual reconstruction of the ledger.

In Ledger you see the complete ledger by double entry. Up top, the trial balance:
Click any entry and it opens with its lines: account, direction (DR/CR), amount, and memo. Every entry is born balanced; the system rejects one that doesn't balance.
Fisco maintains the filings with their period, due date, and amount:
| Filing | What it is |
|---|---|
| IVU | The sales and use tax (Puerto Rico) |
| 941 | The quarterly federal payroll withholding |
The pending ones rise to the top, ordered by due date. Fisco calculates the amount from the ledger; you validate and file.
The period close is sealed by Mayor: it verifies the trial balance, opens/closes the period, and writes the event to the audit chain. Each entry carries the hash of the previous event (prev_hash → hash), so a later alteration breaks the chain and is noticed. In Audit you see who did what, on which entity, and when — including what each AI agent did.
The audit is not just about money: it records period openings, decisions, and
provisionings. It's the trail that your review —and an eventual auditor—
can follow without depending on anyone's memory.
You see the complete business ledger: ledger, taxes, audit, reconciliation. You do not see the platform configuration or other tenants. Per-tenant and per-role isolation is guaranteed by the system and verified continuously (see Security).
