Your job is to make sure every dollar is recorded, categorized, and reconciled. MyFinAI already does the capture and proposes the category; you confirm, correct, and tie up the loose ends. The AI handles the mechanical part; you bring the judgment.

The heart of your day. Each transaction arrives captured by Lente (from the bank, from the card, from a receipt) and Libro proposes an account for it. You'll see:
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Date · Description | The merchant and the concept |
| Category | The proposed or confirmed accounting account |
| Amount | Inflow (+) or outflow (−) |
| Status | NUEVO, CATEGORIZADO, CONCILIADO, REVISAR |
The ones Guardián flags as REVISAR (a duplicate charge, an unknown merchant) rise to the top: they're the ones that deserve your eyes.
Click a NUEVO transaction. In the side panel type the account code (e.g. 6300) and click Categorize. The transaction moves to CATEGORIZADO, the confidence rises to 100 %, and the entry posts to the ledger by double entry. If you make a mistake, you reopen it and recategorize; the ledger always balances.
Cobro prioritizes who to chase; you confirm the contact.
coming due and the early-payment discount worth capturing.
Espejo compares the ledger against the bank statement and leaves what matches as CONCILIADO. What doesn't match stays visible so you can investigate it. When everything is reconciled, the owner's Summary shows cash as "▲ reconciled".
You don't have access to the detail of individual salaries beyond what payroll exposes for recording, nor to platform configuration. Your scope is the ledger of the business you work in — and only that one: per-tenant isolation is guaranteed by the system, not by discipline.
The idea: the AI proposes, you decide. Every confirmed category teaches the
system and leaves the ledger ready for the accountant without a single manual entry.
