# Platform Administrator Manual

As a Lopettia operator you see the forest of forests: every business and every
household running on MyFinAI, with their financial health at a glance. It's the
only view that crosses tenants — and it's reserved for your role.

> **Log in as** `admin@lopettia.ai` / `Lopettia2026` — administrator of the
> **Lopettia** platform.

## Multi-tenant view

The platform dashboard lists each tenant with:

| Field | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| **Name · type** | The workspace and whether it's `business` or `household` |
| **Country · plan** | Where it operates and under which plan |
| **Health** | That tenant's most recent financial score |

In the demo you see two: **Café La Aurora** (business) and **Hogar Marrero** (household).

## What your role allows — and what it doesn't

Access crosses tenants only because the system **derives** your platform
status, not because you request it. The other roles —owner, accountant, head of
household— get a `403` if they attempt the tenant view. You don't see the
operational detail of each set of books from here; you see their **aggregate
health**. To reach a tenant's detail you use the corresponding audited path, not
a shortcut.

> **The idea:** the platform observes the health of the entire fleet without
> stepping on the privacy of each set of books. You supervise the system; you
> don't become the owner of your clients' data.

## Financial health

The health score summarizes each tenant's liquidity, leverage, profitability and
efficiency. It serves to anticipate who needs help —a household going over
budget, a business with tight cash— before it becomes a crisis.

See [Security](security.en.html) for the detail of how isolation between tenants
and between roles is guaranteed.
