# Employee Manual

As part of the team, MyFinAI gives you one thing, clear and private: **your pay**.
Nothing more, nothing less. You see your pay stub, your history, and your withholdings — never the
business ledger, nor anyone else's salary.

## My pay

Your main screen shows:

- **Your most recent pay stub:** period, gross, withholdings, and net.
- **The history** of every payroll run you were part of.
- The breakdown of withholdings: federal, state, FICA, and benefits.

Everything comes from the payroll run that **Salario** prepared and the owner approved.

## What you do NOT see (and why)

You have no access to transactions, the ledger, business taxes, anyone else's payroll, nor
to any part of the books. This is not a courtesy: the system **prevents** it
at the server level. Even if someone tried to request that data directly, the
response is `403`. Your view is your pay, and only your pay.

> exactly how much you're paid and why, without seeing —or being able to see— what isn't

If you need a figure that isn't shown (an adjustment, a correction), you don't request it here:
you raise it with whoever runs payroll. MyFinAI shows you the truth of your pay;
the decisions about it are made by people.
